Usher Feat. Nicki Minaj ‘Lil’ Freak’ [VIDEO]

Thursday, March 25th, 2010

The full version of the Lil’ Freak video is out and well…I’m a little underwhelmed. Nicki Minaj prowls a dark nightclub in a two-tone wig, Usher spends a lot of time not dancing, and Ciara and Jamie Foxx both make the briefest of cameos. This song is still the bisexual girls anthem, but the video is just kinda meh.

In an interview with MTV, Nicki Minaj revealed that the video concept was based on a certain horror movie. “The video is freaky. And it’s a great concept, a great story line. It felt just like one of the sequels to ‘Saw’. It was dope.”

Raymond vs. Raymond will finally be released on March 30.

Usher feat. Nicki Minaj – Lil’ Freak Video Preview

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

I’ve been bumping this track and waiting on this video for months now. Ummm…can we get Raymond vs Raymond anytime soon? Lil’ Freak is a banger for both Usher and Nicki Minaj. I love ‘em together, but I’m a little undecided on the video.

Based on this preview clip, I’m not all that impressed, but I love the song so much that I’m willing to hold off on a final opinion until I see the entire video.

Video: T-Pain ‘Reverse Cowgirl’

T-Pain is back with another AutoTune laden track. Frankly, reverse cowgirl sounds like something Pinky should be rapping about.

And that’s really all I have to say about this.

Lady Gaga + Beyonce Team Up for the ‘Telephone’ Video

Friday, March 12th, 2010

This is the Lady Gaga/Beyonce video that everyone has been waiting for!

If you ask me, it was well worth the wait. I love Lady Gaga’s creativity and she came correct with a video that was more like a movie. The prison scenes in the beginning are the best. She’s in, like, the most fashionable prison ever.

What do you think? Did the video live up to they hype?
